Services

I offer a number of services based around different body composition and performance goals.
This is split into nutrition/supplementation and training.

Nutrition/Supplementation

This covers your diet and any supplementation needs you may have to reach your athletic or body composition goals. It takes into account long and short term goals. You will receive:

Weekly and daily caloric goals
Weekly and daily macronutrient profiles (both adjust around your training & lifestyle)
Improvement of health metrics, micronutrients, improved lipid profiles and blood work
Planning around social events & diet breaks
Nutrient and supplement timing
General supplementation
Sample lists of food you would be required to eat along with sample meals (I am however, NOT a chef or a meal "planner"- but the meals should be fairly easy to plan)

Training

This covers all training goals, whatever they may be for performance or body composition. You will receive:

Weekly programming template based around how often you like to train, how often you like to train each lift and your social constructs
Individual lift and body part programming (sets, reps, periodisation plans)
Ideal exercise selections
Movement pattern analysis (I watch you lift and tell you what to change, what to strengthen, what to stretch and what to massage

Consultations

Maybe you don't want the full plan and just want a one off consultation. You may want me to check on some videos, your programming or long term plans then be on your way. This is done as a week long period where you can ask what you like and is paid on the fly.
